If you pay for your gift voucher by credit card, we will send it on the day of your order.

  • Postal delivery: Orders placed by December 15 – please note the usual delivery times of Deutsche Post.
  • Digital voucher for payment by bank transfer: Order and payment received by December 22.
  • Fast & short notice – payment by credit card: Vouchers can be purchased by phone until December 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
    The voucher will be sent immediately as an e-voucher.

Ordering the voucher is very easy:

  • You can choose the value of the gift voucher yourself.
  • The voucher will be credited to your crossing with one of the FRS Sylt ferries. You can pay the difference when purchasing your ticket or request a refund of the difference at any time.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (MasterCard or Visa). As soon as the amount has been credited to our account, we will send the voucher including a gift card by mail to the address provided*.

To place an order, we require the following information from you:

  • Number of vouchers
  • Value of the voucher(s)
  • Your address as the billing address
  • The shipping address (if different from the billing address)
  • Your preferred payment method with the relevant details
