You will become part of our FRS marketing team and actively shape the digital presence of the FRS Group and its entities. This includes, among others, the ferry services of FRS Helgoline, FRS Syltfähre, and FRS Elbfähre.
Together with us, you will further develop our websites and digital platforms, ensuring that decisions are based on reliable data and that all measures deliver measurable success.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for web tracking (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and continuous development of tracking setups
  • Analysis of data, creation of reports, and derivation of actionable optimization measures
  • Further development and implementation of the group-wide SEO strategy, including performance analysis (e.g., SISTRIX)
  • Optimization of our websites in terms of performance, user experience, and visibility
  • Ensuring quality standards, web governance, as well as compliance with data protection and cookie regulations across the FRS Group
  • Close collaboration with internal teams and international entities to implement and maintain digital standards

Your profil

  • Professional experience in a digital environment (ideally 3+ years) with a focus on SEO, web analytics, and website management
  • Completed degree or vocational training, e.g. in online marketing, media informatics, business informatics, or as a digitalization management specialist
  • Strong knowledge of CMS (ideally TYPO3), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as SISTRIX
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO, web architectures, and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
  • Interest in new developments, particularly in AI-driven search
  • Very good command of German (C1) and English
