As a customer service representative, you act as the "first point of contact" for our company
You assist and advise our customers via email and telephone
You handle bookings received by email and telephone
Your profil
You live the service concept, have good commication skills and a friendly personality
You have good computer skills
You are reliable, flexible and willing to work-even on weekends and public holidays
You have an excellent command of German, spoken and written, Danish and/or English are a „plus“ but not a requirement
