Conditions of participation:

By entering, each participant acknowledges these terms and conditions of entry.

The contest starts from the time of publication on Facebook and ends on 4th November 2022 at 10 a.m. and is hosted by FRS Syltfähre GmbH & Co. KG.

The raffle is a One-Day-Return Ticket from FRS Syltfähre in your own car including a 10€ voucher for the gastronomic offer on board and a 10€ voucher for the Travel Value Shop.

The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to the regular limitation period of three years from the end of the year in which the prize was distributed by the organiser.

This contest is not affiliated with Facebook in any way. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Facebook.

Any natural person in their own name with a minimum age of 18 years is eligible to participate. Participants who have already reached the age of sixteen, but are not yet of age, may only participate in the sweepstakes with the consent of their legal guardians.

Employees of the competition organiser, as well as employees of the companies participating in this giveaway and their direct relatives are excluded from participating in the contest.

The basic prerequisite for participation in the contest is the posting of a motif on which something red can be seen in the comments of the first Facebook post by FRS Syltfähre for this contest.

The winner will be selected by a random drawing.

The winner will be announced publicly in a timely manner, after the contest ends, as well as contacted via private message. The winner must respond within 48 hours. If a winner does not respond, the raffled prize will be awarded to another person, according to the same principle.

The names of the winners may be published on Facebook/Instagram in connection with the giveaway.

The organiser does not collect or store Facebook/Instagram names of the participants. Furthermore, address data will only be collected from the winners, for the purpose of delivering the prize.

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice if there are important reasons.

German law shall apply.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the raffle.

The organiser is responsible under data protection law for the processing of personal data for the purpose of organising the prize draw. By participating in the raffle, you give your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO that your specified data will be processed for the purpose of organizing the raffle and sending the prize.
