Responsibilities
You sell tickets
You handle customer inquiries directly on site, by e-mail and by phone
You take care of the check-in and boarding of our guests
Qualifications
You live the service idea - are friendly, open and communicative
Working on a PC is a matter of course for you
You are reliable, flexible and also ready for work on weekends and holidays
You speak English as well as German - knowledge of Danish is an advantage
