Booking on-site at our ticket counters
Of course you can buy your tickets at our ticket counter in Havneby on Rømø and in List on Sylt. Here you can pay cash or with debit and credit card.
Travel agencies, tourist information and hotels
You can also buy your ticket in numerous travel agencies (perhaps in exchange of a fee) near to you and in tourist information offices or hotels around the ports of departure.
Book in advance
We suggest to book in advance whether online or by telephone, so that we can guarantee a spot at the desired departure time.
If any problem arises: up to 7 days before departure you can cancel your reservation free of charge and uncomplicated. Thereafter, charges as stated in our GTC apply.
